In the daylight hours, Ace’s Steele Road HQ is a bastion of benign almost blissful tranquillity but when darkness descends upon the House of Ace in misty Harlesden, the spirits rise and the forsaken slither from the dismal, fetid waters of the nearby swamp (you mean the Grand Union Canal, surely? – Ed.) to bring you blood curdling news of these most ghoulish releases.

Because Ace doesn’t own all the recordings we release, lots have to be licensed in. Sometimes the licensing arrangements mean we don’t have download rights and so can’t release MP3 version of the albums. We try to release as much as we can but this still only equates to around 25% of the total number of albums available on the Ace website.

Ace were rooting for Phill's team last night on Never Mind the Buzzcocks. Although always impeccably dressed, there was something about his outfit last night that really stood out....
