Tutti Hill’s ‘When The Going Gets Rough’ was listed on the label of her Arock single in 1964 but the record actually played ‘Whoa Whoa, Baby Take It Slow’. At last this gorgeous mid-tempo dancer from Ron Miller and Lee Porter makes it to 45. The flip is a piano and voice demo from the same stable but Garrett Saunders’ magnificent baritone makes the song a must-have. What a pity he did not record more.
